On April 26, Kong Fanjun, Party Secretary and Director of the Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department, visited Hwa Nan to carry out research and supervision on 2024 graduate employment and entrepreneurship. President Ren Jianhong, Party Secretary Li Tingwang, Vice President Huang Leijing and heads of relevant departments accompanied the investigation.
The research and supervision team listened to the report on the progress of graduate employment of Hwa Nan and the overall situation of employment of graduates of 2024. They looked at the employment files and surveyed the status quo of graduate employment with random sampling.
During the discussion, Director Kong and his team thoroughly learned about the problems and difficulties existed in Hwa Nan’s carrying out the employment promotion, and fully affirmed Hwa Nan’s implementation of the leader project and the effectiveness of the employment promotion. He pointed out that Hwa Nan should adhere to the basic task of fostering virtue through education, guide students to firm employment confidence and take the first step after graduation. Hwa Nan should seize the critical employment opportunity before and after graduation, fully understand the employment needs of graduates, increase the promotion and application of Fujian Employment Network, and make recommendations of job offers. He stressed that teachers should strengthen employment guidance and services, guide students to change the attitude of slow employment, help students change their mentality about employment, and encourage classmates and peers to provide mutual assistance. Hwa Nan should further advance the integration of production and education, enhance practical training base construction, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, build a good bridge for graduate employment, and promote full and high quality employment of graduates.
The inspection and guidance given by the research and supervision team has broadened our minds on the employment work, and is of great significance to the promotion of graduate employment. Hwa Nan will take this as an opportunity to actively take measures and make every effort to deliver a satisfactory performance in 2024 graduate employment.
