On the afternoon of November 4, Face to Face Talk with President for Fall Semester of 2020-2021 academic year was held in the first meeting room of the Comprehensive Building. President Ren Jianhong, Deputy Party Secretary Wang Haiyan, Vice President Huang Leijing, Deputy Party Secretary Wu Lanjia and directors from Dean’s Office, Financial Affairs Office, Student Affairs Office, Logistics Management Office, Security Office, Modern Education Technology Center, Committee of Communist Youth League, and twenty five students from various departments were present at the talk.
At the meeting, student representatives spoke up and presented their opinions and suggestions on campus teaching facilities, dormitory furniture, logistics support and campus security. College administrators and directors gave response to every question students raised.
President Ren Jianhong highly appreciated students for their full preparations and active speaking at the meeting. She affirmed students’ sense of responsibility as masters of the college and sincerely thanked them for their care and support for college development. She said what students wished is where the work is directed to. The opinions and suggestions students made are essential to the college reform and development. She stressed administrative offices should take students’ opinions seriously, listen to students, make immediate responses and rectifications, and provide quality services to facilitate students’ development.
