Fuzhou Federation of Trade Union issued a document recently on the decision made about naming 2020 Fuzhou municipal Workers’ Vanguards and May First Vanguards. The Applied English Prgram of Hwa Nan was entitled “May First Vanguard”, the fifth such honor granted to Hwa Nan.
