To promote full employment and to enhance the employment rate and quality of new graduates, an on-campus job fair was held on the afternoon of Nov. 14 as student placement service provided for graduates.  The job fair provided communication platform and multiple choices for employers and graduates.  It enhanced effective correspondence between the needs and demands of employers and graduates.

This year’s on-campus job fair invited more than 180 enterprises and public institutions which offered over 3000 positions in education, commerce, tourism, clothing design and technology.

Over 1000 new graduates of Hwa Nan attended the fair.  Some freshmen and sophomores observed to know about the market demand, the interview practice and to build some experience.  This year’s on-campus job fair received positive feedback from employers and students.  According to the questionnaires, most employers are satisfied with the fair and are happy about the overall quality of graduates.

President Su Mengna, Vice President Huang Jie and Deputy Secretary Ren Jianhong attended the fair, talking with employers to know about their demands and showing their ardent expectations for new graduates.
