UB Vice President for Programs Dr. Wong Wai Ching Angela and Program Officer for Northeast Asia Dr. Cynthia Y H Yuen visited the college library on the afternoon of Dec. 10. They also looked into the college proposal of “smart library” for USAID/ASHA grant. College Advisor Professor Lin Benchun and Vice President Huang Jie made introductions to the visitors about the history and current reform and development of the college. The parties involved made further discussion about the “Smart Library” grant proposal. Dr. Wong and Dr. Yuen made constructive suggestions on integrating the “smart library” project into the big picture of the college development and fully demonstrating the effects of the project and its contribution to the uniqueness of the college.
